Message from the President…….

First of all let me start off by saying I am excited and honored to be your President of the MBA of Southwest Florida Chapter. We are all well aware of the challenges we face in our industry today. It has been difficult but I admire our members for their continued commitment to the industry and working hard every day to make a positive contribution to the Mortgage Industry. Helping people own a home or refinance at historically low rates is the American dream.

My goals for our continued success as a Chapter are quite aggressive, but with Board support and every member I know we can accomplish and even exceed our goals for 2011-2012. I would like to see us grow our membership. In order to do this we need all members to reach out and invite someone to our business luncheon meetings. Inspire them to get involved in our industry. We will strive to have engaging, knowledgeable speakers at each meeting. We plan to have Educational seminars that add value to our members. Hold joint events with our business partners to help build relationships. Also would like to give back to our community by holding an event and raise monies as well for MPAC. Adding monthly sponsors to each meeting to grow our MPAC funds.

I am thankful for the excellent support I will have this year in our 2011-2012 Board. We are looking forward to serving you in our upcoming year and moving our chapter forward!
